We have been making moulds used in plastic injection machines to produce plastic products, mostly for automotives and electronic industries. Among others, some of our automotives clients are PT. Astra Honda Motor, PT. Yamaha Motor Indonesia Mfg, PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. Our top electronic clients are PT. Panasonic Gobel Battery, PT. Panasonic Electric Works, and Polytron.

We have 25 plastic injection & extrution machines with supporting workshop division that maintains and repairs our machines. Our in-process quality control system makes sure that we minimize errors during production and optimize our efficiency level.

Electroplating process is a process of coating metals like Copper , Nickel, Chrome. Results of Electro platingprocess are to make plastic objects Glossy, Shiny and to protect against corrosion. For finishing process, we provide 'Robotic Painting' for high precision painting work on electroplated parts. Plastic Plating using the part of the Base  Material Plating Grade Plastics. Plating Grade Plastics types such as: ABS AP-8, JSR, Etc. 727 Polylac. Currently there are 2 Line  ongoing plating is: Line Semi Automatic &Manual Line with a total capacity = 450 Lot / day.

Hot stamping is a dry printing method in  which a heated die and foil are used to apply graphics to  a surface. It is used to enhance and decorate products in a broad range of industries such as automotive and electronic industries.

Vacuum metalizing process is done within a vacuum chamber with vaporized metal (aluminium). It is used to produce a very thin coat of metal (thickness ranges for 0.01 to 0.2 micrometres) on thoroughly cleaned plastic objects PP, ABS, AS and PS. It improves its corrosion resistance and enhances its appearance. Vacuum metallizing is usually used for automotive parts such as reflectors and electronic accessories. In our facility, we have a few special oven machines and vacuum chambers (180 cm diameter).

We have 7 production sites: Dies & Mould Making, Plastic Injection, Electroplating on Plastic, Hot Stamping, Robotic Painting, Assembling and Vacuum Metalizing. Each production site is designed and systemized with the principles of ISO 9001 for excellence in performance, high quality and cost-efficient optimization. In our production sites, we always strive for KAIZEN or ‘continuous improvement’ efforts in 4 major areas: man, machine, material and method. Hence, we invest in machine upgrades, enhanced man labor training, highly qualified material QC for production use, and on-going R&D on production techniques to maintain & further enhance our performance and work efficiency.
